How did we get your information?

We collect information at events nation-wide through our staff and their electronic devices on behalf of our clients. If you are hearing from us then you signed up through one of our programs for more information. ShowMax only reaches out to people who offer their own information in person and we do not reach out to people who did not pass through and interact with one of our exhibits.

Why are we reaching out?

Each of our events is different, but they all have one thing in common - connecting companies with great products or services to those people that are interested and would best benefit from them. Since you've interacted with one of our clients and asked for more information, we're providing you with the additional details you're looking for.

What do we do with your information?

When you sign up through one of our programs, we do a few things with your information. We pass along your information to the company you signed up with to best connect you with the services you're looking for. We may also send you an email with special incentives or general information about the company. You may also get a reminder email a few weeks after the event if the offer is good enough!

We never resell your information or distribute it to unaffiliated third-parties. Once we've contacted you, we do not use your information anywhere else and will not continue to reach out afterwards.

Any email you receive from us will have an unsubscribe link. Clicking this link will immediately cease all follow-up communication from us on behalf of our clients.

If you don't have an unsubscribe link to click or you can't find the original email simply send an email with your email address to postmaster@autoshowteam.com and we will promptly remove you from any future mails. Removal can take up to 3 business days.
